Its been a good few days. I'm down a total of 5.5 pounds. I've exercised 3 days this week and the eating has been good. I'm really trying to monitor my night time meals and keep them small. That gives me some leeway with lunch. The biggest thing is that I'm not eating late like I used to. And I'm taking the junk food out of the bag instead of taking the bag with me. It makes a big difference.

Today, I had a bunch of junk for breakfast--thanks to my meeting. And then a pretty balanced lunch. But it will be a salad for supper tonight!
